Marketplace role

Mercaviax provides publishing, discovery and request technology. Each store remains the seller, lessor, tour operator or property advertiser responsible for its offers.

External payments

Payments occur on provider-hosted PayPal or Stripe pages. Mercaviax does not custody third-party funds or store card numbers or financial credentials.

Provider responsibility

Stores are responsible for price, availability, taxes, permits, insurance, safety, delivery, cancellations, refunds and legal compliance. Verification reduces risk but is not an absolute guarantee.

Before commercial launch

These terms must be reviewed by counsel in every jurisdiction where Mercaviax and its providers operate.
