Each store remains the seller, lessor, tour operator or property advertiser responsible for its offers.<\/p><h2>External payments<\/h2><p>Payments occur on provider-hosted PayPal or Stripe pages. Mercaviax does not custody third-party funds or store card numbers or financial credentials.<\/p><h2>Provider responsibility<\/h2><p>Stores are responsible for price, availability, taxes, permits, insurance, safety, delivery, cancellations, refunds and legal compliance.
